Hello!
I have a ZWO ASI071MC pro cooled camera since 28th June 2018 but the last night the camera had a problem, while I'm focusing, the camera stopped getting images and now the ASICAP or SharpCap preview is blank with a 0fps frame rate, Maxim DL gets images with 0 counts and there is no problem with connectivity or cooler temp.
I've tried it with other settings(changing USB traffic, resolution, binning, USB cable…), other software and even other computers and the answer is the same.
Can you help me!!!
