I am looking for a 0.8 or 0.85 focal reducer but need advice. I figure the FR needs to connect to the M42 threads on the camera, and then I connect the ZWO 1.25in nosepiece the FR? Telescope is a f/8 meade lx600
I'm researching products like the williams optics 0.8 focal reducer or field flattener or the sky-watcher 0.85 reducer/corrector. But I note the M48 thread size and they seem very scope specific.
