Lost star Mass Change on guiding

First I’ve to say this is a fantastic device.

My config is C8HD with 0.7 focal red.

Asi294 main camera and Asi178 for guiding on Zwo OAG.

In these days I’m experiencing several star lost during guiding. Looking the log the cause is for mass change of the star, probably due to high stream airs.

Is there any way to put a parameter on mass change tolerance?

Another interesting option should be to choose the area of interest and maybe binning to help a better performance.

You can drag the green frame when you in focus. We called the green frame as ROI (area of interest),whether it was the same meaning to your's？

Yes when you focus you can select bin and area of interest with the green box.

But when you guide is not possibile. Because some camera like 178 has a bigger sensor it’s good to have less field of view and maybe binning to have more sensitivity.

If I remember with phd2 you can select a small area and binning if the camera hardware support it, this also is useful to have better performance.
