EFW with 31mm filters mounting problem?

Hi,

I've just purchased a EFW/ASI1600MM/31mm filter set kit. For the filter installation into the EFW both your ZWO Quick guide and Youtube videos show washers on the filter retaining screws, but the ones supplied don't have washers see below. Can you confirm that this is ok or not as this will result in a metal on glass connection.
