ASIAir and Vixen SX2 with Starbook one

Hi;

I've been using the ASIAIR for over a year now and I have much praise to think you for such a good product.

ASIAIR,

EQ-6R Pro

EQ-3-2 Pro

ASI1600 mm

ASI296 MC

ASI 120 MMC

EAF, AOG

etc...

I'm looking to replace my EQ3-2 which isnt great but is portable with a Vixen SX2 with a Starbook one (Not ten). I see that you have 4 mount driver available (skysensor 2000pc, Starbook, starbook ten, starbook-s).

could you please explain how I would connect to a Starbook one?

i have tested on starbook ten,i think the method of starbook is same with it

here is the simple instruction

1.Starbook Ten and ASIAIR should join to the same network(use the router)

2.Starbook Ten->Settings，find IP 192.168.31.64

3.ASIAIR->mount->starbook Ten, type in IP： 192.168.31.64. (you can get

>it from the HC) Port：80 (fixed value)

4.Enter the IP address you got from the Vixen Star Book Ten to ASIAIR.

Thank you very much for the info. I'm still debating on the Vixen XS2. Do you like it? I have w few mounth but my only portable one is a EQ3-2 which is... not great on DEC. I can get 1.5 Arc/sec on the guide but I'm looking for something until 12. Do you think the vixen could?

I am wondering the same thing... Will the ASIAir or ASIAir Pro work with Vixen SX2 (and Star Book One)

Apparently not as unlike the other versions of Star Book (10, S, original, etc) there is no (LAN) port to allow external connections. The SB One has only the DB-9 serial port to connect the mount, and the autoguider port.
