On July 19 I bought a camera asi294mc on the Telescope and Accessories site of Aliexpress.
The camera arrived on Thursday August 29.
Today September 1, I wanted to test the camera and it is not recognized by my notebook. The same happens on my desktop PC.
I tried to connect it with different USB 3.0 and 2.0 cables with the same results.
The camera does not even appear as an unknown device.
The way I connect the camera is
1- Install the drivers.
2-Connect the 12v power (led off)
3-USB cable connection to notebook.
The camera is not recognized by the notebook. The led turns on
