ioptron FTDI serial cable not working

Hi;

I just bought a serial cable from amazon for my new CEM25P.

But it doesnt work. Now, the mount did come with a cable with rj9 to serial Dsub 9 pins male, and I used a female Dsub to USB A cable ( and it works but its a lot of cables and thats why I bought this cable.

The cable that I bought has a FTDI chipset which is compatible with Rasberry. SO it should work... Any help, much appreciated.

Hi Michel

have you tried the cable on PC

directly connect to the PC and connect the CEM25P by MDL

It seems the problem was not in the air

you can connect IOptron for the parameter of the FTDI cable
