GPS and Time Settings

Can GPS and time be entered manually? if my ipad isn't hooked up to cellular, can the GPS and time sync be done using my phone, and once that's done, switch back to the ipad? will the app retain the GPS and time settings?

The GPS could be set manually and sync to the mount.

The data retains when you witch back to the ipad
