USB3 ASIAIR in 2020?

Can anyone confirm that a new ASIAIR will be released in early 2020 that will have a more powerful processor and USB3.0. I have heard this from a friend today.

Will the Current ASIAIR owners have the ability to upgrade from the older model if this is the case?

I bought a Rasberry 4 which come with USB3 and tried to use the micro card but it didnt work :).
