ZWO USB3 Camera Not Recognized by USB3 Port

I understand that my ZWO 183MM PRO is a USB 3.0 device. However, I now realize

that my laptop will not recognize it if it is plugged into the USB3 port. Only the USB2

port will recognize it. I have the latest ZWO camera device driver.

I am using a Lenovo ThinkPad and Windows 7 OS.

Did you change the cable, USB ports, computer and software then try again?

It turns out that if I plug the camera in the USB3 port, then turn on the computer,

it will then recognize the device. So it seems to be an issue with the operating

system.
