Hi,
I will try to explain my problem without confusing everyone.
I have an ASI294MC Pro, ASI290MC for guiding, use a coma corrector with 75mm spacing. Use broadband light pollution filter (IDAS LPS D1) and a narrowband filter Optolong L-enhance. Note that both filter are in 2" (48mm).
I usually guide with a guidescope. I come to get the ZWO OAG, but i forget a detail. I always put my filter at the end of my chain when i guide with a guidescope.
Now with the OAG if i put broadband filter at the end, it's alright. But if i put my narrowband filter at the end of my chain, all star are really dimmed by the filter.
Right now my chain goes like this :
ASI294MC (17.5mm with ring) / 21 mm extension / OAG (16.5mm)/ 20mm M42 spacer/ Coma corrector/Narrowband filter
This way i got my 75mm of distance for my coma corrector and 55mm back focus for main camera and guiding camera. But got problem for guiding with narrowband filter.
My question is how should if could put the filter before the OAG !
I saw you sell the EOS to T2 adapter where you can put a 2" filter inside, but could i connect the T2 adapter to OAG, and take care of distance for focusing guide camera too.
Another solution i saw but it's expensive is to get something like Starizona filter slider (https://starizona.com/store/starizona-filter-slider-complete-system) and adjust with spacer to get the proper distance for guiding+coma corrector.
I know my situation is a bit special, but before i buy the EOS to T2, i want to be sure this will work. Or if someone have any idea, you're welcome ;)
Thanks for your help !
Martin
