Can anyone explain when to use high dynamic range, unity gain, and low read noise with ZWO camera. I use unity gain for about everything, but is high dynamic range better for longer exposures and low read noise better for shorter exposures.

When doing DSO, I recommend you use high dynamic and when doing short exposures like planet photography, low read noise is recommended.
