Hi everyone,
I've recently bought ASI120MM-S camera (primarily for planetary imaging) and tested it in long-exposure mode. In general, the camera works well yet there some glitches: there is sporadic glow (occurred occasionally, approximately in 3-5 pictures of 100). I've attached an example of normal frame and a frame with glow (both are darks -- with closed cap). As I already note such frames with glow occurred sporadically in a series of images.
Is it normal? Is there a way to get rid of this?
Exposure=10s, Gain=29, images collected via SharpCap with the native driver, USB2.0
Best regards,
Max
