What is EQMOD with SkySafari option?

I see ASIAIR recently added a new mount connection called EQMOD with SkySafari.

However, SkySafari on iOS doesn’t support EQMOD.

So how does this new mount connection work with SKySafari?

I have a Skywatcher EQ5 with Synscn V5

Using the EQMOD with SkySafari option gives me control of the mount using Asiair, but SkySafari will not connect.

I get a message saying "SkySafari can make connection but the scope is not responding".

It is turned on and works with Asiair.

The port used by SkySafari is 4030 and cannot be changed.

The port is not right. The IP and Port on SkySafari should be: 10.0.0.1 and 9624. https://www.facebook.com/groups/ASIAIR/permalink/1440198386143380/

I have a Synscan mount so I set the mount to that In SkySafari.

When I set the mount to the Meade LX200 it connected.
