Because of bolt sizes being so small, I was left with the drawtube tension bolt as the mechanism to hold the EAF bracket. That bolt is M10 1.0 and I couldn't find any bolts to replace it. So I used it along with a washer. I had to drill a 10.3mm hole in the center of the bracket. This is what it looks like:
