hi;
Setup:
ASI294
ASI120mm
ASI guide Scope
CEM40
70EDQ-R
AISAir with Apple iPad Mini
ZWO EAF
Last night I was imaging the Heart Nebula, at around 2am a meridian flip occurred. This was the first time I had the chance to withness a flip with my new CEM40. From my Bedroom (It would be so nice to get an alarm when tracking goes wrong :) ) I could not solve Plate.
So I got up to see the mount. And noticed that the command given to the mount was reversed (I.e. as if it didnt flip). I closed down everything, shut down ASIAir. Remove the power and restarted fresh.
I did not complete a star alignment. At the ZERO point and sent the mount to the heart nebula from ASIAir. All was fine but when it tried to solve plate, it went the opposite way from where it needed to go. Everytime, getting further form the target until a failure as "too far" occur.
Problem:
1- Once a flip meridian occur, the solve plate sends skew commands in reverse.
2- On the GOTO selection. The time line (the green line) was showing 11.30 pm but it was 2.30 am. (I used my phone with the older revision and it was corect at 2.30am).
Thank you
Michel
