Hi,
I am trying to connect my camera in a new observatory, i connect it to a new 12V 5A, positive center plug, but the cooling does not start at all.
I can see the fan doing a very small move when i activate the cooling, but nothing else.
What could be the possible reasons ?
Fan full of dust and needing to be cleaned ?
Power not strong enough ?
Fan definitely out of service ?
Can i open the rear to try to clean the fan ?
