Asiair and 120mm mini imaging

Dear all, when I use my 120mm mini for imaging via Asiair I get a blank space at the bottom of the images, eg not the full resolution is used. When I use Asicap I get the full picture. Btw, how can I remove the "Asicap" annotation if I record a video with Asicap?

Please try disconnect and reconnect the camera. If the issue is still there, please let us know.
