Is it just me or is the latest version of EAF firmware image or tool broken? I get an erase failure when attempting to move from version 3.1.6 to 3.1.8. After that the EAF is dead until power-cycled.
It is normal, some EAF takes time to erase firmware. You can download the latest firmware update tool and try again.
I got this as well. I unplugged the eaf, replugged and ran a second time and it worked without error.
That's great.:)
