Hi,
I was pretesting ASIair connection with my nikon D750 DSLR and realized that although I setup the camera to the mirror up I still get the camera to operate with the normal mode when doing the exposures with ASiair. This will definitely be an issue with imaging due vibration caused by the mirror flipping back and forth between exposures(specially if I am guiding). Is there any way to set ASIair to take the exposures with the mirror up option (or quite mode)?
Thank you
Hello there,
The DSLRs can only be used as the Main Camera. When using, connect the DSLR to the ASIAIR device directly through the data cable. Before opening in the app, you need to set the following options.
Shooting Mode: M
Shutter Mode: Bulb
Image Format: RAW (Only, not RAW+JPEG)
Image Quilty: L (Largest)
Additional, turn off any power-saving feature of the camera that might cause it to hibernate or sleep. Turn off Noise Reduction, Mirror Lock settings in the camera.
