ASI1600MCC all images in black

Hi, I have an ASI1600MCC and the LIGHT come in black, it takes a long time to download and they come out completely black, no information.

Any solution or possible breakdown?

Hi,

Does the camera show in the device manager list with the right name when you connect the camera to PC? Is there any yellow question mark in front of the camera name?

And does the camera respond to light normally?

Could you see any fps in the software bottom status bar?

Hello, the camera appears correct in the device manager.

I use it for deep sky, I get FIT file.

The red light is on and the fan / cooling if they work.

... in case it helps anyone, it was the "BUS" of data that had a sulphated track.

Trimmed and sanitized.
