I have received my ASIair pro yesterday and put it through, it paces. The cameras are 294MC cooled and 120mc-s for guiding, with an AEF focuser on a Newtonian scope. All cameras were recognised, took some darks, and the cooler set to -10 C reached set temp in a matter of 10 seconds or so. Focuser driven in and out, it recognised previously set max and min settings together with incremental speed steps. Set the mount on the App for a EQMod driver which was recognised where I manually drove the scope E-W to N-S and requested the app to return the scope to home position. All good so far.
However the mount still required an external power source to the mount and nothing from ASIair pro box.
Question "what cable should be used for power from the ASIair pro box to the SW Az-Eq5 GT mount?" The connection is threaded on the mount, with the lead/cable back to a power pack giving 12V and 10amp output.
Still waiting for the clouds and smoke to clear for an evening, to run of the equipment outdoors.
