I purchased a new ZWO 1553 MC PRO, to go with my new Telescope. I've been using a ZWO1224MC for years without issue. Sharpcap, Firecapture and APT suddenly do not show anything on the preview screen.
The only thing I did was install the latest native driver from the ZWO website.
The camera(s) are recognized by the programs - but show nothing. I have tried different USB ports (USB2 and 3) and different cables, exactly same results every time.
Out of desperation, I downloaded ASIStudio - and that does work with both cameras.
Something is wrong with what's been downloaded from ZWO - other people have reported the same issue. I don't know what it is. Help please!
