Start by restoring from the SD card image (.img format) that you had originally saved when you first bought the ASIAIR. Burn that image into a brand new 32 GB Samsung microSD card. Do NOT overwrite your current microSD card -- it may be your only lifeline to your license file. Without a license file that is keyed to your Raspberry Pi's processor number, you will need to email ZWO for a license file, and it might currently take longer to receive a response.
Remove the beta v1.4.1(9) app from your tablet.
Next install the released 1.4 normally from the App Store.
When the app runs, the released ASIAIR v1.4 app should then update your firmware to Firmware 4.55 instead of to Firmware 4.66 (assuming that is your problem).
If you are on iOS, you cannot roll back any further than v1.4. If you are on Android, look in your folders for the APK files from the earlier versions of the app that you had installed. Remove the current ASIAIR app and install from one of those APK files.
If you forgot to save the original SD image,
(1) mount your existing microSD card on your computer. It should open with a volume called "BOOT". In the BOOT volume, you will find a file called "zwoair_license". Copy that file to your computer. This is the file with an encrypted string that corresponds to your Raspberry Pi's processor ID (ZWO also uses part of the ID as a serial number of your ASIAIR). You should save this file in a safe place, and additionally write-protect this file on your computer for as long as you own the ASIAIR.
(2) download a generic ASIAIR SD image from the web (just Google for it). It will not include a license file
(3) Burn a new microSD card from the downloaded image (you can use ApplePi-Baker if you are using MacOS X). Do not burn it to your existing SD card (see warning in the first paragraph).
(4) Mount this new microSD card.
(5) copy the license file over to the mounted volume (BOOT) of the new microSD card. The microSD card is now ready to use.
Clear skies,
Chen
