My ASI 1600mm cool stoped work after windons10 operating system reinstallation. Error message is drive unavailable. But ASI 183MC Pro work perfectly.

Probably after reinstalling the operating system some drives have not been updated. This caused communication failure with the camera on the USB3 port. With the update the problem was solved and the notebook recognized the camera.
