I have a approx 10 day old ASI533MC pro that will not cool any longer. I used it on 2 imaging sessions and the camera cooler worked just fine however now it will not cool at all and actually heats up when the cooler is running. The fans run. The red led light is on. I've tried both Sharpcap and ASICAP to control the camera. Anything else I can try or is the unit just a 'get it replaced'.
Could you show us the temperature curve and give us more details about it?
