Meridian flip disables screen refresh

After ASIAIR completes a meridian flip, the screen no longer refreshes new images. The images are being collected in the background and the whole process continues normally, but the screen no longer displays the most recent image. This is a consistent occurance.

-ASIAIR 1.4.1

-Firmware: 4.66

-Main camera: ASI294MC Pro

-Guide Camera: ASI290

-Android Samsung Tab A

-EQMOD controlling Skywatcher mount

Thank you Jim, noted and try to reproduce and fix it.

BTW, was the WiFi still connected?

Yes, the WiFi was still connected. For example, I was able to monitor and adjust the guiding, camera gain, etc. Everything still functioned except the main screen did not display newly captured images. Also, the Autorun frame counter continued to update after each capture, but the countdown timer no longer functioned.

Hey Jim, we fixed a similar bug of this in v1.4.2 which will be released this week, so at that time you can try.

Another q, did you use an external storage device such as the USB memory stick?

No, I did not use an external storage device ( for clarification, I have the non-Pro ASIAIR model).

Glad to hear you could replicate the problem. I'll look forward to trying out the ver 1.4.2 update as soon as it is available.

The External Storage function supports both ASIAIR and ASIAIR PRO.
