I recently purchased the camera. Below is the first image. I was able to calibrate out the amp glow but I was left with this vertical line. it almost looks like it is 2/3 from one image a 1/3 from another. Has anyone seen this before? Thank you for you time.

I read a few of your images and I did not find the problem in the single frame. Does it always show after stacking and calibration?

Yes it does. I tried several different calibration methods using Pixinsight.

Did you check all the single image files? Is there any abnormal in the sub?

I just blinked them for the third time and I do not see anything abnormal. I am going to try a different program and see what happens.

I also went back and blinked the calibration frames again.

This time I used the Batch Preprocess Script instead of doing it manually. Below is a link to the results

My camera ASI120MC-S produces the same artifact as is shown in your very first posting. It looks like there are two areas with the slightly different brightness or contrast. The border between those areas is seen as a vertical line. This happens after stacking with Autostakkert! 3 and sharpening with Registax 6. I subscribe the effect to the image-processing program. (I do not remember which one, I think it appears after AS!3). I am not experienced with those programs, so that I subscribe the artifact to my lack of the skill.
