8 Position EFW won't fit 31mm Chroma Filters

I started to load my 31mm Chroma LRGB and NB filters into the ZWO 8 position 1.25"/31mm EFW. Thre are two issues:

1) The filter openings in the carousel are too big, i.e. the filters are 31mm diameter but the openings are 33mm so the filters "swim" around in the openings

2) The filter openings are not deep enough, i.e. the filters stick up out of the openings by about 2mm

Is this by design or did I get a carousel that was not properly machined?

The response I received from ZWO is:

"The ZWO EFW is compatible with ZWO filters, if you use other filters you may need to do some adjustment by yourself."

So basically no support at all -

Sorry for this, we know it may have some adjustment when you use different filters, and yet we do not have any perfect solutions for this, and we cannot be sure that ZWO EFW can compatible with all other brands of filters so I said that the ZWO EFW is compatible with ZWO filters. Sorry again for not being clear.

You may use some washers to fix the Chroma filters for now.

I read your posts on CN and have conveyed the feedback to our devs and they will consider this.
