ASI 6200 Order -- When??

I ordered an ASI 6200 Mono camera with OAG and Filter Wheel (the whole package) from a distributor (OPT) back in the beginning of January. Since then I have heard of multiple shipments of this camera from people that ordered direct, but dealers are no longer getting cameras (or so I am told).

I understand the whole virus shutdown and stuff.. But ZWO said back in February they were back up and running and would be shipping soon.

Was this a lie? Are you no longer shipping cameras? Even dealers tell me the are being met with silence.

When can we expect these cameras to start showing up? This is a lot of money for this camera, and I can use it for other things. Should I just cancel the order for a refund? If I do, you will have lost a customer for ANY future purchases.

Not getting a response here, and my vendor is not getting coherent responses either. Seems no one is home.

We are sorry that the delivery was slow by the affect of the virus. It's not a lie, usually we arrange the orders by the time we receive them. We will also contact OPT to check the status of the camera ; )
