Hello. I hope all of you are staying healthy.
I have the above mentioned camera. I only recently started capturing in the 16 bit raw mode, and saving in fits format. I use Siril for calibration/stacking and debayering.
when I open the "debayered" stack, the image is ll green.
Then when I sue the Background extraction tool, all I get is a mono image.
I tried capturing with Astroimager and kstars/Ekos with the same results.
I used a fits header reader to see what the bayer matrix was and some images showed RGGB, some GRGB (the correct one) and some showed no matrix.
The stacked image is to large to attach here (over 14mb), and I do not have any cloud based account, such as Dropbox.
Since I use a Mac computer, running Sierra, there is no ZWO driver for me to reinstall.
What els could be causing this issue?
