Set the correct home position turn off DST in the mount HC.
Remove the HC and GPS module from the mount

As I said in my previous post, I would report back if I got this to work. I spent about two hours and 30 minutes last night trying every setting. This is what seems to be working for a CEM40 that is directly connected to ASIair (no hand controller in the mount while operating).

Connect the HC to the mount and turn on the mount. Use Settings > Time and Date to turn DST to N and set the time to standard time with UTC offset at the correct offset for standard time. (For me, on the east coast of USA that is EST and -300 minutes.)
Hit enter on the HC to save the settings and then turn off the mount and disconnect the HC.
Connect ASIair to mount as usual and turn on mount then ASIair.
Let the iPhone or tablet update time automatically so it sets to DST.
The ASIair GoTo position for a target 10 minutes from meridian ran the mount to a nearly parallel position to the ground telescope on the East side just as it should. I hit Autorun on the ASIair and when the mount reached 5 minutes prior to meridian (the correct setting in ASIair for my mount) the ASIair did an auto meridian flip correctly.
I did not test sync mount to see if that reset anything. If I do hit sync mount by accident, I will report the results in another post and let you all know.

Short summary: follow tech@zwo’s directions but add setting the time in the mount settings to standard time.

Has anyone found a fix for this issue yet? I have reached out to ZWO help desk, the internet and Sky-Watcher and no one seems to be able to help me. Below is a list of things I have tried and a few others I didn't list and still the same issue and after speaking with Sky-Watcher, this is a ZWO issue because the DST issue happens when I'm connected to my EQ350 Pro mount and my Star Adventurer GTi. I really need some help here because everything worked fine right up until March and then it stopped working and I'm to the point of throwing my ASIAIR Plus at a brick wall.

The items below that mention the SynScan hand controller are from suggested fixes online to set the time, date and other parameters in the mount and that will change the info in the ASIAIR app, it did not work as you can see below or I wouldn't be here asking for help.

I have given the iPad app location permission all the time
I have tried connecting to the app with my phone
I have tried connecting to the app with my wife's iPad and phone
I have reset the ASIAIR plus several times
I have reset the firmware of my ASIAIR
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ASIAIR app
I have reset the SynScan control to factory settings
I have updated the firmware on the SynScan hand controller
I have factory reset any and all settings on my Sky Watcher CQ350 Pro
I have tried syncing the app to the mount
I have tried not syncing the app to the mount
I have tried both DST on and DST off
I have tried station mode and not station mode
I have tried to set the time in the SynScan hand controller an hour ahead
I have tried to set the time in the SynScan hand controller an hour behind
I have tried to set the time in the SynScan hand controller an hour ahead with DST on
I have tried to set the time in the SynScan hand controller an hour ahead with DST off
I have tried to set the time in the SynScan hand controller an hour behind with DST on
I have tried to set the time in the SynScan hand controller an hour behind with DST off
I have tried manually changing the time on my iPad to try and trick the ASIAIR app into thinking it was in a different time zone to offset the DST error even though it knows what time zone I am in

Why don't we the people have the power to press a button within the app that turns DST on and off when we need to since clearly the app knows the correct time. I know it does because it shows me the time when I start the app so why does the app forget everything it already knows once I try to use it.

Also the support I am getting from ZWO isn't really help.

In which time zone are you living?
Be sure to enter the correct time zone and the correct winter time. As well correct date in the right format. Then turn off the mount and throw away the hand controller and never use it again.

At least I never experienced issues and I never use Handcontrollers with ASIAIR or NINA.

Be sure that your controlling mobile device has access to accurate location information. Ipads, unless equipped with sim or connected phone may not have the correct location data in the field.

To clarify:

Are you referring to the time in the:
a. top left corner of the ASIAIR App? OR
b. Mount Settings section under Mount Info?

Because the one that matters is the one shown in Mount Settings > Mount Info.

Also - that time may/may not regularly update. I know that on app/firmware 2.1-10.74 (which is the one I'm using - I've turned auto-update off for the ASIAIR App on my Android device) the time doesn't regularly update.

When I have Daylight Savings Time in my timezone this is what it looks like for me (note: this is a screenshot from me running the ASIAIR App via BlueStacks 5 on my PC):

Note that the warning message is always shown whether or not you have DST set correctly. You can see from the screenshot that I have the time set correctly on my mount (HEQ5 Pro).
