ASI6200MM USB hub issue?

I have an ASI6200MM-pro that appears to cause a USB problem in my computer. When I connect the ASI6200 to my computer I get the following USB error in device manager (Windows 10).

As you can see I also have an ASI2600MC and ASI174 mini. All three cameras connect to the computer, but they will only download at USB2 speeds, not USB3.0. The cameras are all connected to a high quality powered USB 3.0 hub, and the hub is connected to an Intel NUC miniPC USB3.0 port.

This problem only happens when the ASI6200 is connected to the USB hub. It does not happen when only the ASI2600 is connected to the hub.

I have a spare NUC miniPC, and the exact same issue happens with that computer as well. So the ASI6200 is causing some sort of USB issue in two different computers.

I would appreciate any ideas about what the problem is or how to fix it.

You can try the following way:

Exchange the USB port of ASI6200 and ASI2600.

Use another cable to connect ASI6200 with computer.

Test by our ASIStudio software.

Just to update this thread, the problem appears to be my USB hub. I don't think there is anything wrong with the hub, but the combination of two power hungry cameras (ASI6200MM and ASI2600MC, plus a filter wheel and an ASI174mini and other devices on the hub) is just too much for the hub to handle.

If I plug the ASI6200MM directly into the NUC computer everything works fine. The remaining devices are still connected to the USB 3.0 hub and those all work fine as well. It's only when I try to put the ASI6200MM on the hub that this problem occurs.

The only small problem with this arrangement is that I need to have two USB 3.0 cables running from the top of the scope to the NUC instead of one cable.
