ASI LIVE not stacking

I cannot get asilive to stack, it freezes after just 1 exp in stack.

I have reinstalled software & drivers three times but still not stacking just freezes when i press the stack button.

ASI533 pro

I just want to use for purpose of EAA.

Any help please

Issue solved, tried another laptop, looks like that was the issue, but will know for sure when i connect my own laptop again.
