After about a week of normal guiding all of a sudden when playing with some tests the ASIAIR guiding camera image went totally white like being overexposed. Now the image stays blank white even if I set the camera to short exposures and to zero gain. Still when pointing the camera at bright light there is a change and dark bands appear in the image but overall the image is useless and I can't guide. For sure it is not a camera problem because the camera (ASI120MINI) still works perfectly when configured as a main camera and I also tried another good ZWO camera (ASI1600MM) as a guiding camera with the same result. I also reinstalled the app without any improvement.
There are not many settings to try but I am desperately trying to find if I switched on something which is now causing the problem? Is there ASIAIR reset to factory settings? Is a firmware reinstall a good idea?
