It is a bit of a pain getting quick responses from ZWO (mainly due to time differences)
Is there any way you can attach the SD Card together temporaily (via suerglue or something adhesive)... so you can put into a SD Card adapter and read the BOOT drive on a PC. (Its a long shot as most likely the NAND has been damaged, but you never know).
re: back up file....unfortunately, the only option is to re-install.
There is a guide here to download and re-flash the ASIAIR PRO firmware.
You also need to email them your serial number of your device (and an image of the device showing the SSID - normally its on the side of the unit)., so they can send you a QR code of the license... (again, this will be a waiting game)...
Once you get the license, you can just scan the code in via the app and thats it..
make sure to back it up as soon as possible thereafter...
