ASI120mm USB 2 USB3

Hello,

I'm using a old type of ASI120mm for autoguiding but when I use the USB connector the system don't recognize it.

On the usb 2 it is working fine.

Could it be a problem with the firmware of the guider?

Is it the 120mm-s, which is USB 3?

There is no problem with the firmware. The USB3.0 is compatible with USB2.0. But the ASI120MM is an old camera which may have compatible problem in some computer. We recommend you use USB2.0 interface.
