Hi, I have the pro version and yesterday when I connected the focuser it announced there was a firmware upgrade. I am using an ipad so how do I get the firmware onto the unit? I down loaded the upgrade from the site to the ipad but I have never downloaded a file to the ipad an I am unsure if you can do that? Jay
Hi haven't got an EAF but I think you may have to download the firmware from the Zwo site on a computer and then plug the EAF into the computer and do the upgrade that way.
Like I say I haven't got one so I may be wrong.
