I just bought an EAF focuser from an italian dealer (Arte Sky) (22nd of April 2020)
It works fine for a month but yesterday, after 10 days of cloudy nights in my area, my PC has not recognized via USB connection
Several attempt was done in different ports, different laptop, but I always foudn error shown in the attached messages

What can i do now? Is definitevely death?
I tested all possible tricks to update/solve issue from Windows point of view (disable, Unnstall Usb generic ports and so on)
No special update was done, from software side, after last time I used EAF (only SharpCap updated and NINA update to 1.10 beta 3)
Parts was always placed on my scope, No hot or collision was occurred.
I plugged even on a Laptop that never seen the EAF, and same failure occurred.
My last chance is the cable, But a new one will arrive tomorrow. So test can only be done tomorrow or wednesday.
