backfocus - extender?

I have a ASI382MC-cool, came with a 1.25" T-Mount but with a focal reducer I

need some additional backfocus. The 1.25" end of the T-mount fits into a William Optics

Robolock which in turn screws onto the back end of the reducer. Will the M42-M42

21 mm extender or the 11mm T2 ring mate properly between the camera face and the

back end of the T-mount?

Yes, the M42-M42 21 mm extender and the 11mm T2 ring will mate properly between the ASI385MC-Cool camera face and the back end of the T-mount.
