Crosshair bug

Hi!

I installed newest beta and found a bug. When crosshair is on, it is stuck with the image. That is when zoomed in, crosshair doesn't move from the center of the image. Instead it is zoomed with the image.

Today I installed most recent beta and problem with crosshair persists. I tried on galaxy tab A and galaxy A50 and it's the same. Try to solve this please.

I just tried it on 1.4.4 Beta (firmware 5.57); 11" iPad Pro.

The crosshair looks perfectly fine to me.

Crosshairs should always point to the perfect center of a photograpphic plate, not to a crop of it in an enlarged window. The latter would make it useless for centering an image on the plate.

Plate solves are also relative to the center of the plate, not a cropped portion of a window.

Tried today's latest beta on android. Still the same problem. Does anyone from developers listen to this forum?

Official release 1.4.4. and still no solution. I wonder if any of you have same problem. I used three different devices and android versions and problem with crosshairs is same on all.

Developer put out 3 betas in the past month and I reminded them here of bug everytime. No response whatsoever. And now they released final version ignoring the problem that started with first 1.4.4 beta version.

I understand they have a lot on their plate, but at least some kind of acknowledge would be nice. What to expect in 1.4.5. version? Not saving files in autorun? Meridian flip into eastern horizon after 1h of imaging? Electrocution when turned on the asiair?

Crosshair is not essential feature when using Asiair but buggy software is a dangerous one nevertheless. You never know what might happen next. I literally spent thousands of euros just for ZWO products, have both asiair and pro. It is a game changing tool for astrophotography and it can become even better. There were many requests to improve guiding by adding more PHD2 options and they just rejected it by saying it's not needed. Maybe you/they think this is for begginers and widefield imaging but evergrowing community is not settling for less than what their equipment is able to do.

I know there are users with more serious problems and guys and girls from ZWO (respect to them) are doing their best to solve them . I don't see myself using computer for imaging any time soon(if ever) and like to be fully functional with remote kind of solution (asiair).

Well, this post became longer and has strayed a little than I first intended.

To conclude, my strong opinion is why not give Asiair pro a chance to become really serious astrophotography hardware and enjoy respect amongst best astrophotographers.

I would like that.

Hello Andrej, about the Crosshair, yes, it's zoom in/out with the image and stays at the center of the image. AS Chen said, it's not designed to change with the zooming. So, please tell us why you need it to be changed with the zooming.

Maybe I was unclear in my post. I don't want it to change. The problem is that crosshair is not working properly any more. It is not centered on the screen. Instead it moves with the picture and when I zoom the picture, crosshair zoomes with it as well. It looks like it's part of the picture and not just crooshair above it.
