ASIAir Pro Delivery Delays

Hi there,

I have a number of ZWO Cameras, 3 to be be precise and a spacer set all of which I am very happy with.

I bought an ASIAir here in Australia last September and then traded in to the ASIAir Pro version on 30th January over 4 months ago at early stages of the Covid 19 pandemic.

My dealer in Australia has given me a few expected delivery times starting beginning of April, then mid April, then beginning of May to late May with the last call from me saying my ASIAIR Pro was leaving China last Monday 26th May and expected in Australia on Friday the 29th May.

I am fully aware of the Pandemic situation which is unprecedented but I was wondering if you can advise when I can expect to receive my ASIAir Pro

Hi there,

I just received an email from Bintel my dealer who was most apologetic about the delay in delivery of trade in ASIAir Pro sales but they said it had arrived and upgraded me to Express post for no charge due to the delays.

Just wondering were sales after my trade date for full price sales given preferential treatment to traded up sales.

Anyway cant wait to use it when it gets here
