Moson, I know the M68 tilter plate bolts onto the camera and I think it bolts on to the OAG (which already has an M68 thread anyway).
But what we want is an M68 adapter which bolts onto the *filter wheel* because we don't need the OAG. QUESTION: Does the M68 tilter plate attach direct to the filter wheel?
IDEA: If the M68 tilter plate does not attach to the filter wheel, perhaps ZWO could sell the OAG without the stalk and focuser for those who only need an M68 adapter which attaches to the filter wheel?
Of course a custom adapter which uses up less back focus than the OAG body would be better ;) .
Your welcome Ken. Note that using the OAG body as an adapter works but it only has 3-4mm of thread, you can't screw all the way through. Isn't 3-4mm enough? Normally yes, but I made an adapter with 5mm of M68 thread to screw into the OAG body so that I could experiment with spacing rings. In fact I can't screw it all the way without any spacing rings.
