Failed exposure with ASI 120mm mini

Hello!

I recently purchased a ASI 120mm mini and I keep getting failed exposure errors despite trying a variety of exposure parameters on both pc and mac platforms and using ASICAP. ASI Studio and so forth.

Any ideas? I'm a bit of a newbie as you can likely tell. I appreciate the help!

Hi Steve,

You could try update the latest driver, and firmware. And try use different cables, computers to test again.

Thanks for your suggestions, I've done that several times, reinstalled the app and tried different cords and platforms.

My other zwo works great on both my mac laptop and pc. The app sees the camera and I'm using plenty of gain and exposure, yet I get zilch.

It's probably something quite logical... and logic is not my forte. ha!

I'll keep digging however.
