ASIAIR Pro sync mount/ time/guiding issues

I've been using the ASIAIR Pro for several months now. Overall it's good. I can connect my my wifi extender, my CGEM II mount, and ASI cameras. I can polar align. I can Preview Goto, but after centering and I go to Guiding, the stars jump around, side to side, or wonder downward. To fix I go to the AIR Mount, disconnect then reconnect, back to guiding and all is good.

I am not able to sync to mount. always get failure error.

I am not able to have the AIR's saved file times match what the CGEM hand controller which has the correct time. the AIR saved file times are off by UTC.

I am not able to reset the AIR's home position to match the CGEM.

any help would be appreciated.

Hello John, this issue is caused by the Tracking is off. So, please update to the latest 1.4.4, we fixed the Tracking issue on Celestron mounts. If it still shows, please check the Tracking is ON or OFF manually on ASIAIR app and the StarNext HC.
