Binning, read noise, and full well capacity

I'm trying to calculate the dynamic range/number of stops for my ASI183MM after a 2x2 binning. My questions are:

1. How do you calculate read noise after binning?

2. Do you simply multiple the full well capacity of a single pixel by the number of pixels being binned. Example: would the full well capacity for four pixels being binned (2x2) be 4x15,000 or 60,000 for an ASI183MM or would something make the maximum number of electrons held smaller

1. If you use software bin2 in the software, the camera will read 4 pixel separately, and there will be 4 times read out noise. If you use hardware bin, the camera will read 4 pixel as 1 pixel, there will be only one time read out noise.

2. Yes, just simply multiple the full well capacity of a single pixel by the number of pixels being binned.
