ASI385MC-cool band artifact

ASI385MC-cool connected to a Pegasus Astro Power Box Advance (PPBA) for 12V power to the cooler

and USB3 to the PPBA hub. Hub is connected USB3 to USB3 on Raspberry Pi 4B 8Gb running Ekos/KStars. All cables

are new and fairly short. The intermittant artifact is a horizontal band along the long axis of the imaging chip. This

does not happen with direct USB (longer cable) to a laptop running ASILive. What is happening and how can

I fix this? Doesnt seem to matter what exposure / gain settings I use with this hardware set up.

Sorry for the delay. Did you try this camera on a PC? Please test it in ASIStudio and see if this problem can be reproduced, and you can send an email to support@zwoptical.com and include your Dropbox or Google Drive link to share your fit images.
