Cable to connect ASIAIRPRO and IEQ30 Pro

hi, I've just switched from a celestron AVX mount to the IEQ 30 Pro. I'm assuming that as I did with the AVX, I connect the mount to the ASIAIRPRO through the handset where there appears to be two RS232 jacks. Would I find a cable that plugs from there into the ASIAIRPRO's usb port or its phone-cord like jack (longer and wider than the RS232)? When I tried the standard RS232 at both ends, while it clicked into the ASIAIRPRO the software said it couldn't see the mount.

Could you please check the cables are working? Use the ASCOM driver of iOptron mount on a PC.
