ASI 294 MC Pro Cooled: Stars Elongated Towards Upper Left Corner

Hi.

I am noticing that stars tend to be elongated towards the upper left corner of the image when the camera is connected to a field flattener attached to my ED80T refractor.

I use a solidly mounted Moonlite micro focuser and my cables are well managed. Below is a link to 100 minute integration of data.

Any ideas why this might be happening and how should I troubleshoot?
