Need some advice. I've been using the ASI 071MC-Pro for nine months. It's been working great. But this week the cooler appears to have stopped working. Normally Sharpcap reports the camera reaches the target temperature (0 degrees C) within a minute or two using only about 40% power. But starting this week the camera can't cool down. The fan is working and power quickly pegs at 100% but the camera only cools to about ambient air temperature. I assume even that amount is cooling is the result of the fan working correctly. Anyone have advice on how to fix it or is the only way to send it back to ZWO for repair?

You could check the cable or power is working great at first, then try to test by ASIStudio. If it still can not work, maybe the cooling system was damaged. If so, you could send it back to ZWO or send it to your local agent for repair.
